meet targets. Worked closely with the team leader to acquire maximum marketing advantage.

development techniques in achieving higher sales growth.
• Meet new prospective customers on a daily basis. Introduce banks, its services and benefits (SME
Loan specific)
• Prepare daily sales report.
• Extensive market research for identification of prospective customers, including door to door
marketing.
• Render excellent business development techniques.
• Assist the Team Leader on a regular basis and work in close co ordination with the team to penetrate
Injaz Marketing Management, a subsidiary of Union National Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales target and Support sales team and departments (CSD, RCS, CCD, CAD, HM and
Branches), which covers documentation, control and monitoring of cases process and escalating
exceptions to the business units and senior management.
• Monitoring of sales team and submissions of quality files to maximize success of cases and minimize
rejection ration.
• All operational decisions related to the job function can be obtained in consultation with the higher
level.
• Checking and processing the files and forward to the credit department.
• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction to customers using services provided by Business loans and
operations.
• Maintaining the Daily Sales Reports (DSR) from Sales Team.
Providing financing solutions (Business expansion, working capital solutions etc) to SME.
• Managing existing portfolio and maintain strong customer relationship.
Analyzing financial statements and provide sound recommendations & customers
profiles including turnover and average balance.
• Providing excellent customer service and attending to enquiries in a prompt manner.
• Communication between different units - Credit & Operations, to ensure timely approval/disbursement.
• Investigated handling of various transactions and accounts to bring out inefficiencies and fraudulent
activities.

and security on the bank’s diversified range of products to meet client needs.
• Strengthen banks presence in the global market by providing clients with a high quality service
proposition based on professional relationship management.
• Achieving sales targets personal & team in line with the revenue objective of bank, perform market
research, conduct sales promotions and manage events.
