Managing over 140 properties commercial and residential including on call business and TFM Maintaining all building systems including HVAC, chillers, security systems, power sources, climate control, water and lighting. Responsible for completion of Fit out jobs. Preparing quotations and providing necessary approvals for client approvals. Helping in bidding new projects, pricing.

•Invoices charging in Oracle system, verifying and completion.
•Preparing quotations, contracts, chart to monitor AMC contracts, PPM’s.
•Currently managing around 400 AMC contracts in all Emirates.
•Assisting HSE and Procurement Department.
•Co-ordination with clients and Vendors, providing updates and giving clarification if any required by them.
•Assisting accounts in getting all the documents and service reports required by them to pay sub-contractors or to get payments from clients.
