Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Reverse Logistics:
•Responsible for defectives movements in accordance with contractual terms of the customer.
•Responsible to create Packing List in the vendor portal for shipping goods.
•Ensure monthly defective shipments are moved without any divergences.
•Closely interact with freight forwarders in such a way that the shipment gets delivered on time.
•Make sure all the shipment details are updated in our system for future reference.
•Interact with Vendor/local team in case of defective discrepancy and make sure the problem gets resolved on time.
•Establish a close relationship with the client to ensure all requests and queries are responded in an efficient and professional manner.
•Continuously monitor the process updates so that the quality is maintained.
Receivables:
•Following with Vendors in case of outstanding payments.
•Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
•Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
•Performing account reconciliations.
•Resolves valid or authorized deductions.
