-Administration of Production & Operations Office
-Receiving & Verifying the Fabrication(Work) Orders, Glass Production Orders & Material Allocation from Designed department through Contracts department.
-Coordinating with the Designed Department & Contract Department If there is any issue related to Fabrication Orders.
-Preparing & Updating Material List for Fabrication Order related materials in coordination with Material Controller.
-Taking approvals on the Work (Fabrication) orders and Glass Production Orders from the Production Manager
-After approval from Production Manger distributing the Work(Fabrication) Orders copy to the Line Supervisors or Section supervisors.
-Tracking, Following and Taking Updates of work progress from Supervisors of different production lines
-Making Reports of work progress for production manger
-Making delivery request of finished goods to logistic & shipping supervisor
-Making “Non Conformance Report (NCR)” to QA & QC department if there is any quality issue.
-Preparing Time sheets report of employees for payroll
-Preparing the BOQ for the new contract related to sales
