Deira Islands Development Island B Roads and Sewerage Network Project.
From October 2008 till December 2009, and from June 2012 till November 2014 in Dubai Tram for Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) Design & Built Project as Utilities, Track & Rail Project Manager.
• Technical & Construction experiences in Utilities works (underground services) such as :-
o Coordinate with all the service authorities to fulfill their requirements.
o Laying of new underground services (utilities) for DEWA ED, DEWA WD, Dubai Municipality, ETISALAT, Du, RTA, DUSUP, Empower, Armed Force, …etc.
o Diversion of the Existing underground services (Utilities) for DEWA ED, DEWA WD, Dubai Municipality, ETISALAT, Du, RTA, DUSUP, Empower, Armed Force, …etc.
• Technical & Construction experiences in Infrastructure Works such as TRAM Tracks, Roads & Bridges.
o Divert the existing roads and modify the right of way (ROW) to accommodate the TRAM Project.
o Built new roads along with soft and hard landscape.
o Modify the existing bridges in Marina area to accommodate the TRAM.
o Built the TRAM Track & Rail after evacuating the RAIL ROW from services.
• Technical & Construction experiences in DEPOT building construction (TRAM Workshop & Operation Buildings Total of 11 buildings).
o Design DEPOT Buildings according to TRAM, RTA Rail & Green Building Requirements & Specification.
o Obtain Dubai Municipality approvals for the DEPOT Buildings.
o Technical Support since the project is deign and built Project.
From January 2010 till May 2012 in R884- Comprehensive Improvements of Al Ittihad Road Phase I for M/s RTA as Project Manager.
• Technical & Construction experiences in Infrastructure Works such as Roads & Bridges.
o Upgrading al Ittihad road by construction of 03 underpasses, 04 bridges, associated retaining walls and upgrading/ widening road works.
• Technical & Construction experiences in Utilities works (underground services) such as :-
o Coordinate with all the service authorities to fulfill their requirements.
o Laying of new underground services (utilities) for DEWA ED, DEWA WD, Dubai Municipality, ETISALAT, Du, RTA, DUSUP, Empower, Armed Force, …etc.
