QC and R&D Manager :
• Create new products (new formulas).
• Develop new and old products.

• Choosing best raw materials that compatible with our materials specification and give approval to purchase the materials before purchase order.

• Preparing first three batches for new products in production.
• Give training and follow up the new employee or trainee.
• Preparing Batch record for production, regarding to production facilities.
• Preparing SOPs for QC, Micro and Research & Development departments.
• Performed initial client assessment and analysis to begin research process.
• Analyzed departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing.
• Obtained documents, clearances, certificates and approvals from local, state and federal agencies.
