Major Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the conception, development and construction of a number of projects throughout Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The main objective of my role will be to successfully oversee and ensure delivery on a mixed-portfolio commercial, residential and retail assets.
• ensure project delivery; conducting site visits; identification of potential development project risk and implementing a risk mitigation strategy; monitoring costs; undertaking regular value engineering exercises; participating in the evaluation of suitable Consultants and Contractors, etc.
• Preparation of comprehensive material procurement schedule/ shop drawings schedule & method of statement schedule for all the items required to complete the project.
• Preparation/ review/submission & following approval of various submittals from consultant & client such as shop drawings, material submittal, RFI, CVI…...etc.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships and performance including negotiation, procurement, warranties and vendor rebate collection.
• Monitor and compare with the planned progress to ensure quality, organizational alignment, budget, and project deliverables are on target.
• Define and agree project objectives with Automotive key stakeholders/Project Sponsor then communicate with the project team to establish this vision of what will constitute successful accomplishment of the project objective.
• Develop or provide direction for developing communication plan to ensure executive management and stakeholders receive adequate communication throughout the project and are kept informed of critical path progress and variances from plan, while building a collaborative environment for stakeholders.
• Provide support to operations on matters pertaining to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments, in order to maintain standards of operation.
• Ensure that only approved finishes and materials are used as per the project guidelines and brand corporate identity
• Prepare various tender related documents for concept and detail design, or preliminary, final design and construction stages
• Play a key role in coordinating with client/ consultant regarding progress against project program and timelines.
• Liaise with local authorities for various project requirements, approvals, NOC …etc
• Attending weekly technical, Progress and coordination meetings with client, consultant and subcontractors.
• Coordination between subcontractors and construction team to ensure compliance with the project requirements & specification.
• Preparation of as built drawings, O & M manuals including health and safety file, guarantee and warranty certificates & other handing over requirements.
• Site Supervision (including all structural and finishing works).
• Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Quantities calculations (structural and finishes quantities', payments application and subcontract payments)
• Establishing working plans to match the project planning program.
• Assure the project specifications, following all method of statements and maintain the QA/AC requirements.
• Coordination meeting with client and consultant.

• Support General Manager - Development in defining the Development vision and translating it into strategic initiatives and actionable recommendations for timely implementation.
• Manage early phases of Development which include leading the feasibility study (especially in the early stage), product definition, market research, master planning e.g. traffic analysis etc. This also includes initiating and obtaining the necessary approvals both internally and externally for defined projects.

• Closely monitor designs and implementation of renovation and construction activities and ensure adherence with the agreed-upon guidelines

• Establish metrics for measuring key project criteria; develop project control and reporting procedures, and manage changes in operational plans.
• Provide project management (including planning, monitoring, controlling and communication services, to support the successful implementation of new and refurbishing projects related to world class facilities, show rooms, workshops, service centers, parts sales centers and ware houses of the Automotive Division.
