Job Responsibility: Responsible for MEP Services & Fire Fighting Systems PPM & CM Maintenance activities, Installation defect to be rectified and also raising with ROFAC process to inbuilt as per process. and reviewing the As-built drawings, comparing with design Drawing, Implementations Project requirements along with Technical support.
Advice monitoring of MEP Systems along with consultant and client to check and review with suppliers to provide the materials submittals compliance with QCS-2014 and Project requirement. (Implementing the same site construction as per approved Drawings).
Advice monitoring of All Drainage, Plumbing, and Storm Drainage & Sewage Systems along with consultant and supplier’s to provide the materials submittals compliance with QCS-2014 and Project requirements. (Implementing the same site construction as per approved Drawings).
Inspect buildings or building designs to determine Fire Life Safety protection system requirements and potential problems in areas such as water supplies, Water tanks, exit locations, and construction materials.
Project Management for all the assigned jobs, Like Fire fighting system Projects, FM200 along with Fire Alarm system, Managing all Project Managers arranging Manpower for all the Projects, Material Tracking, coordinating, & monitoring Proper Billings every running bills, and the Other Management activity Like Meeting with clients, focusing satisfactions issues Meeting with New Client documentations of Project-related work and most important work for the projects to complete in Time within the Coast.
Sprinkler System, Hydrant System, Fire Hose Reel System, Gas Suppression Systems like Water Mist System, FM200, and Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System.
Expert in handling quality standard requirements set by the organization and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Successfully achieved individual and Team targets in line with the Quality Parameters set by the Management.
Consistent track record of exceeding targets. Always exceeded the expectations of my management and gave excellent results to date.
Performing of all Type of jobs Like Fire fighting system, Fire Alarm system, CCTV and Access control System, Estimations, Quotations, Offers submitting to clients, Material, Coasting of all Projects, Managing Man power for all the Projects, Material Tracking, Proper Billing every running bills, and the documentations of Project related work and most important work for the projects to complete in Time with in the Coast.

Making All Project Running bill client and contractors.
Performing all day to day activity at site and coordinating with client about progress.
All quality approval taking with level 2 authorities along with all related documentations.
All NDT test performance.
Allotting the responsibilities to all the Engineers and Supervisor with working areas.
Coordinating with company purchase department for the materials.
Coordinating with all the 5 Projects making all possibilities to complete all the activities within the time frames.

All Airport Utilities Safety Protection Monitoring like Fire Fighting System, Water Spray System, Water Sprinklers System, Pre-Action System, Gas Suppression System like FM200, Inergen, CO2 System and Novac 1230.
