ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Responsible for handling all processes surrounding the daily billing, management,
collection, and settlement
* Prepare monthly report for receivable, payable, sales, purchase, expenses.
* Prepare weekly report for receivable and coordinate with branch incharge/customer for
overdues
* Properly allocating all customer payments by cash, cheque transactions.
* Complete all invoice process
* Complete all customer balance disputes if any, and resolve.
* Responsible to manage the general ledger, prepare monthly A/R reports, reconcile bank
accounts, petty cash transactions and cash payments.
* Responsible to execute cash sales reconciliation, posting payments, generating
exceptional invoices, preparing credit note and debit note, to resolve customer related queries
and closing agreements.

* Successfully boosted collections from 80% to over 99% with efficient follow up with customer
regarding payments.
* Work collaboratively with vendors; employ exceptional client management skills and handling
more than500 corporate customers.
* Resposible for Inventory reports, slow moving inventory.
* Took responsibility of tracking and managing incoming funds by correct coding of all
invoices and payments and prepare detailed aging reports.
* Responsible for month end closing activities and assisting in auditing and many more official
duties.
* Proactively communicate with other departments to resolve all pending invoice issues,
including payments pending from branch debtors.
* Responsible for doing research, study, review and approve current as well as new customers for
credit accounts.
* Responsible for various other duties as assigned and as needed.
* Responsible for Intercompany accounts.
* Ensure availability of funds and conduct projections for budgeting purposes
