• Supported Mechanical & Electrical Services as Assistant Engineer, assisting in over 5 projects working in Design, Procurement, Installation, System integration, and Commissioning of PV systems while also actively participating in Operations and Maintenance.
• Contributed to notable ventures with total PV capacity, including the National University of Singapore - 10MWp, Mercedes - 1.25 MWp, Chevron - 0.1 89MWp, One Fullerton - 0.307 MWp, and Land Transport Authority - 2MWp.
• Led an independent facilities management project at the National University of Singapore (NUS) campus, managing Fire Protection Systems such as (Dry riser, Hose reels, Strobe lights, Fire Alarm systems) etc. and various builders works for PV systems across 63 buildings.
• Additionally assisting in procurement & site surveys to assess the feasibility of Solar Panels (PV modules), AC & DC cable routings, installation of inverter, isolator and ACDB Panels .
• Assisting in liaising with various Singapore government bodies, including URA, SCDF, CAAS, EMA, SP & BCA to ensure compliance and streamline documentation processes.
• Led a sales team of 40+ in achieving a revenue goal increase of 10-12% by delivering weekly reports based
on meticulous analysis of market research and CRM data.
• Worked collaboratively with 5 zonal mangers across India on product sales to develop a workflow strategy
that enabled the company to improvise on the formulation of products.
• Experienced in implementing and maintaining quality control.
• Strong ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions and optimize operations.
• Ensuring safe packaging, timely deliveries of products from factory to retailers as well as customers whilst
preparing PO, DO, Invoices and managing stock inventory.
● Worked on over 4 VLCC ships and various other chemical-oil tanker ships on Dry-docking & BWTS projects.
● Carried out on-site tasks such as manpower management. Successfully managed over 200 individuals of working labor.
● Handled all project coordinated duties on-board vessel for fabrication and installation of various machinery.
● Offshore hands-on assistance to engineers in assembly, disassembly, installation, maintenance overhaul & operational testing of various types of machinery such as Hydraulic Valves, Diesel Gensets, Air compressors, Provisional cranes, Auxiliary Machines, Rudder & Propellors, Marine Pumps, Steam Turbines, Navigational equipment such as VRD, S-VDR etc. as well as integration, testing & commissioning of various electrical & electronical systems onboard vessel.
● Onshore assistance to the Technical Manager on the Fabrication of various steel & pipe structures.
● Designing pipes and various other (ship) structures as well as Interpreting & illustrating drawings on CAD/Solid-works to working Technicians, Welder & Fitters for better understanding of the system whilst assisting & preparing testing, calibration, QC & technical work reports.
● Carried out Inventory Management at the workshop.
● Project coordinated, trained new members and managed operations team to liaise/negotiate with vendors, manufacturers and subcontractors on procurement of various goods & machinery for over 12 projects.
● Generating Cost Estimations, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Maintaining Project Budgets (est. $320-$500K), Man hours and overall Project Costs.
● Designed plans to improve operations and suggested changes to the systems overall organization in order to improve work productivity.
● Assisted Engineer, Chief Engineer & Captains on project layouts, pre & post planning and project status reports.
● Handled all project coordinated duties such as preparation of P&ID, BOM, Work done reports, Spreadsheets, Scheduling meetings, Yard entry procedures etc.
