•Installation of various Hardware (Printers, Scanners etc.) in a network and troubleshooting any issue related to it.
•Maintain logs of the hardware equipment and licensed business software pushed onto the Laptops and workstations
•Monitor the LAN/WAN network environment including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Internet access
