• Ministry of Economy and Planning in KSA: Was part of the team in charge of delivering the eServices Transformation Plan (Architecture Vision, As-is architecture, To-be architecture, etc.)
• Ministry of Finance in UAE: was part of the team developed IT strategy for the Federal Tax Organization, the new entity in charge of tax in UAE (delivered organization chart for IT department, IT delivery model, security architecture, hosting and infrastructure sizing)
• Union Railways in UAE: delivered Infrastructure architecture as part of the enterprise architecture.

Role: Project Manager:
1) Managed web development team, Business As Usual queue, CMS queue, as well as resources working on both queues.
2) Managed information/request flow between web development team and demand/business.
