• Translate high level business concepts/ideas to actionable business plans.
• Responsible for ordering Peugeot and Citroen based on the demand and in accordance with budget.
• Work with the leadership of the department to develop and implement the Department strategy and translate it into operational plans. This shall include varying levels of support and management to ensure the smooth running of the department across a range of critical areas including finance, IT, contract management and procurement.
• Develop and implement business plans, processes and procedures to achieve organization goals.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Procuring vehicles from the Manufacturer (Stellantis) based on demand and availability.
• Taking care of the shipments from the factory and staying in touch with the manufacturer for smooth clearing process at the Ports and receival at the Yards.
• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
• Overseeing the delivery of projects and adjusting as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
• Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting processes and tools, provide “plan vs. actual” cost tracking/analysis, and work with accounting to facilitate quarterly forecasting activities throughout the year.
• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
• Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have.
• Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs.
• Ordering the firm units on monthly basis in Stellantis Portal for both Peugeot & Citroen.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to develop and align on clear communication and plans.
• Preparing the Car flows. Create and maintain excel-based reporting to track promotional activity and trade spend on a weekly basis to support sales.
• Handling all the shipments receiving from Manufacturer to Almajdouie Yards.
Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Downloading the PRs from SAP.
• Analysing the PRs received, sourcing the material as per the requirement.
• Procuring of materials from national (Saudi Arabia) and global market.
• Comparing offers received from various vendors according to the required delivery and estimated budget and finalizing the offer.
• Reviewing the quotes received from the vendor and selecting based on delivery and pricing Preparing sales quotation, costing and submission of Sales Quotation.
• Taking approvals from end users on offered materials.
• Negotiating with vendors for obtaining the best quality at the best prices thus ensuring best buy.
• Creating vendors ID and registering them in the ERP.
• Processing Purchase Order and collecting all the required documents from supplier for smooth expediting
• Regular follow up with vendor until the material received at our end.
• Responsible from sourcing to Payment & till Delivery of the shipment
• Maintaining the Monthly tracker of RFQs, SQs, and Po’s.
