I assumed the role of Employee Relations Specialist in 2018. I draft official orders, letters, and correspondence while adhering to professional standards and corporate guidelines to streamline inter-departmental collaboration and ensure productive employee engagement. I also handle employee transfers and secondment to meet business requirements, maximize operational efficiency, and reduce employees’ monotony. I am responsible for managing resignations, service contracts, and service extension requests while, maintaining employee satisfaction. Furthermore, I lead administrative investigations and disciplinary proceedings to obviate employee grievances and enforce disciplinary actions, imperative for maintaining operational integrity.
Raised employee satisfaction level by implementing best practices in Human Resource Management.
I was appointed as HR & SAP HCM Specialist in 2016 and I processed change requests for personnel administration to increase the effectiveness of constrained resources and achieve institutional priorities. My tasks involved maintaining the accuracy of master data to easily track accounts and troubleshoot processes. Also, I configured SAP absence quotas and administered leaves while strictly complying with organizational policies; consequently, uplifting the efficacy of SAP HCM Time Management processes and organizational management. Lastly, I Leveraged web enabled tools and software application like ESS, MSS, and SAP Fiori to update employee database and seamlessly execute HR functions.
Performed a pivotal role in SAP HCM Project development from beginning to conclusion.
