• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and operatives;
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
• Proposals for the intended project;
• Prepared technical documents and ensured that the work was carried in accordance to the drawings and specifications.
• Ensured that the products were installed correctly and tested them.
• Ensuring that on site health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Ensured that the work was completed in accordance with the project schedule and the construction contract.
HVAC
* Working Knowledge on heat load calculations (manual method & Excel
format).
* Basic concepts on Non Centralized AC (Hi-wall, Concealed, Cassette AC etc.).
* Knowledge on Centralized AC (DSA, DPA, VRF, Air, Water cooled chiller etc.).
* Duct Designing (VRM & CFM).
* Arriving BOM/BOQ.
* Ventilation & Exhaust Systems (Toilet, Kitchen, Basement Are Parking etc.)
* Dx Piping & Chilled water pipe sizing with accessories.
* Fan selection.
