Working as a Project lead in one of most crucial products of Ericsson I/O products. Project involves design and third line support for Ericsson’s APG40 hardware and software.

Administrative Role: Managing a team of 7 members at onsite and offshore, and reporting directly to the Program manager.

Technical Responsibilities:

•Responsible for upgrade from Windows NT to Windows 2003 of APG40 worldwide.

•Handling complex Windows Server 2003/NT trouble reports.
The Trouble reports are raised on different issues and improvements, coming from different areas of the O/S like:
 Active Directory services: demotion, promotion, User management, Group Policy management, managing FSMO roles, NTDS replication issues, NTFRS issues.
 Cluster service: Resource configuration, resource management,
 RAID management: RAID failures, disk failures
 Others: IIS, DNS, DHCP, Terminal services, Telnet, SSH, performance management, System Security, Disaster recovery, Node change, and other Ericsson related services.

•Responsible for all the technical writing for the subsystem, which includes OPIs (Operating Instructions), MAN pages, and CN-I(Correction note issue) implementation info, and lot more.

● Proactively Manage Compliance activities for PCI, Central Bank regulatory guidelines, Capital markets authority and HSBC Group.

● Lead Technology Risk Advisory for new regulations and manage gaps effectively against the current operating environment and recommend a course of action for new business solutions

● Provide Guidance and risk advisory service to various senior managers both in IT and Business stakeholders to develop, enhance, and localize new or existing enterprise policies, standards, and methodologies by interpreting business requirements while ensuring adherence to the standardization and local regulations.

● Review and approve Major incident reports and challenge the root causes are identified and Business impact is properly assessed and appropriate action plans are in place.
