- Monitoring (2G, 3G, Fdd, Tdd) KPI’s.
- Managing Teams to achieve the target (KPI’s and customer complains)
- Prepare weekly report about team achievement and solved issues.
- Investigate cluster log files and do optimization job on daily bases for severing cases.
- VIP and TRC customer complain analysis.
- Investigate Performance tickets.
- Provide KPI and feature that is suitable for KPI enhancement, Parameters recommendation that help in enhancing network KPI’s.
- Periodic DT investigation and troubleshooting.
- Providing consultancy in terms of parameters change and network KPIs.
- Prepare RA optimization plan to be added with RA planning Team especially ZTE part since I have good experience in ZTE parameters and equipment.
- Provide Area plans in terms of coverage using mentum planet simulation and planning tool.
- Work as 3G consultant for new 3G Network in Jawwal project, we did new 550 site testing and optimization, also we did cluster testing and optimization.
- Revising parameters for the operator (Base Line Parameters), and solve customer complaint.
- Interference source finding for High RSSI sites which suffer from external interference, we found that there’s some devices make interference on UL frequency of Jawwal and they solve this issue.
Customer support and Network optimization, New sites configuration and Drive test plan for team, Network optimization after project
RF Planning and Optimization, on Huawei M2000, and netnumen, equipment's, holding the responsibility of a BSC that is Huawei as 2G, and the BSC sites responsibility in 3G that is ZTE equipment's, Making drive test to enhance the network accessibility and quality of calls, good in using mentum planet optimization tool.
