Acting as technical lead to identify and implement solutions to problems affecting IT services. Providing 1st/ 2nd Level and some 3rd Level support over the telephone, remotely and face to face to clients & internal staff members.
Duties:
Configure and troubleshooting Windows 2008R2/2012R2 Servers. Manage user accounts, security and user access rights in Active Directory. Applying group policies on O. U’s and group on windows 2012 R2 server. Complete administration of MS Exchange server 2010 mailboxes, limitation, auto archive, maintain Database and logs. Server monitoring and management and capacity analysis and forecasting. Administration of the wide IP network. Resolve complex technical issues with Switches, Routers. UPS client installation and management.
Managing DHCP, DNS, DCHP failover, File server, WSUS, RAID, assigning permission to folder etc. managing Spiceworks helpdesk system, Update the portal for spice work. Weekly reports & backup. Resolving tickets of assigned as per helpdesk SLA.
Managing Fingerprint for all employees enroll users for punching provide attendance reports etc.
Managing Cyberoam CR200iNG UTM firewall, assigning roles to each user for internet. maintaining Qos, Data Limitation, access time etc.
Configure, VPN, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam rules, maintaining of Corporate IT security policies such as application filtering, web filtering etc.
Managing Anti-Virus sever (Kaspersky Endpoint security), updating and schedule scan for servers and end users.
Provides expert advice and guidance on issues related to LAN & WAN operations, equipment, maintenance and development and consistent with the requirements, Experience on system administration tool such as Real VNC etc.
Creating VLAN and assigning ports in L2, L3 Switches, configuring Routers and switches 1900, 1800, 2900, 3700 series etc.
Network and server monitoring with monitoring tools like Spiceworks etc.
Hands on experience on Microsoft Office 365.creating rules, apply licenses, taking backup, assigning mailboxes and email limitations etc.
Assist in migration of Office365. Creating & administration mailboxes of users in office365.
Administrating VMware ESXi 5.5.0 servers & maintaining virtual machines through vSphere client.
Managing CUCM 11.0 Cisco IP Telephony. Assigning permissions for calling, configuring Cisco jabber assigning to
user depend on their license, Password reset for jabber and assigning calling search spaces to users. Creating and
managing Billing report through Imaginal Billing software.
Maintain and scheduling backup, restore and recovery from Veaam for virtual servers and Symantec for physical serves.

Creating and resolving ticketing through helpdesk using Manage Engine application
Monitoring and responding to direct requests and calls logged in the Helpdesk system.
Provide critical inputs to IT Operations Manager for drafting SLAs for various services
Serve as the administrator of Service Management and act as the Single point of contact for all customer queries
Allocate incidents to various Technical Specialists, Administrators and ERP team and follow up for action as desired by the SLA commitment
Provide VPN connection to users for accessing domain.
Configuring IP Phones and all other IT systems.
Giving Support to users remotely through VNC, Dame ware and Remote Desktop.
Configuring and troubleshoot of Citrix client to access Emis.
