•Manage the distribution model of the category SKUs through the matrix (assortment control) and regular model by items arranging, setting minimum display quantity (MDQ) Cosmetic Category Example Setting up 1-3 Meter Of Display unit(Wall or GE) for brands like rimmel, bourjois, maxfactor. Review and update the store matrix plan through the collaboration with the merchandising planning department and define the proper assortment profile for store format to optimize the inventory, achieve sale targets and satisfy customer needs.
•Manage the product display (planogram) of the beauty category items in the stor through the coordination with the space planning and the marketing teams based on thr shoppers insight, the category strategy, the financial objectives and customer decision tree to enhance and facilitate the shoppers experience and communicate the initiative master plan of the category with the concerned stakeholders.
•Support the promotion calendar based on the category strategy: I.e. beauty Agre with the suppliers on the promoted items and offers and secure the required budget and the collaboration with the marketing departments to monitor the impa of the promotions on the sales, market share and customers satisfaction.
•Develop the pricing strategy and tactics for the category items based on the category strategy and role to maximize the financial benefits, increase market shared and maintain the customers satisfaction.
•Lead The collection team to collect organization entitlements from vendor (Rebates, Promo Compensation, service invoices) on timely basis; avoid revenue loss and avoid cash conversion cycle.
