Ensure BHS conveyor system and its associated equipment's are properly maintained to meet the Siemens QHSE policy, SOP and Dubai Airports Quality Health Safety and Environment policy.
Monitor the system through SCADA from control room, providing technical support, operation and maintenance support to the field staff and stakeholders.
Control the material flow (passenger baggage flow from the check in area conveyor belt all the way up to the carousel) through CCTV cameras, act smartly by coordinating with the stake holders and Duty mangers to avoid any baggage delay and flight delay.
Ensure that the system is operational all the times with reduced downtime during any technical failure and get support from specialist if required in fault finding and route cause analysis.
Document all the maintenance tasks on daily basis and proper handover of shift activities and follow up any operational and maintenance major and keep the stakeholders and the line managers in loop.
Auditing the site, ensure the housekeeping is maintained as per QHSE policy, taking suitable measures to meet the client requirement.
Assisting & directing the contracts staff from a multicultural environment, training and team building to increase work productivity.
Coordinate with the subcontractors work permits in the BHS area and arrange safety in-house training.
Suggest proposals and implement the system improvements/modification optimizing the overall equipment performance to achieve desired KPI.
