Maintain Payroll confidentiality
Handling and Controlling Accounts Payable.
Handling Accounts Receivable.
Handling rental agreements and payments.
Calculate monthly provisions.
Reconcile accruals/prepaid expenses.
Closing monthly financials for management reports.
Maintaining purchase order processing system.
Handling company petty cash / loans & advances.
Handling with holding tax for the company.
Handling bank reconciliation statements.
Handling & monitoring credit cards transactions, queries & disputes
Dealing with treasury department at bank(s).
Assist and manage yearly financial audit- Deloitte Qatar
Carry out inventory valuation-quarterly / year end.
IFRS 9 & IFRS 16 Reporting Standards.
Maintaining books of accounts and documents custodian.
Scrutiny and booking of invoices (Services, Capex and Materials)
Inter company & supplier payments (Online Payments / Wire
transfers/Cheques)
Handling administrative functions.
Monitoring credit cards transactions of company personnel.
Matching invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, MRN’s etc
Participating in company safety awareness activities/events.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
