· To implement, manage, administer & support the ERP - Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 & GP 10.0 (Financials, Receivables, Purchasing, Inventory and Project Modules) for MADAF & its sister concern companies.

· To provide training on Dynamics GP10 & PA module to new as well as existing User's.
· To develop, maintain the HRMS software for HR & Payroll Module for MADAF.
· Provide training of ERP to User's as well as apply changes to ERP as wnd when required.
· Developed applications like 'Vehicle Management System', 'Equipment Rentals Management System', 'Operation & Maintenance cost tracking system' etc., for the various computing needs of the 4 companies of the Group.
· Customizing ERP Reports, generating new reports using Microsoft Reporter & FRx 6.7, Crystal Reports, SSRS for Dynamics AX & GP, Project Accounting Module.
· Performing Year End Process for the Dynamics AX & GP.
· Assisted Finance Dept. in reconciling the ERP Financials with Project Accounting Module at the end of each financial period. Also assist during Financial External Audits
- Developed & implemented Equipment O&M and Equipment Rental Business System.
· Maintained the databases of SQL Server 2005 like monitoring backup's, database administration, replication etc.
· Managed ERP GP 10 (Financials, Purchasing, and Inventory) with existing Companies & also creating Company as System administrator. Maintained the GP10 as an Administrator.
· Maintained the SQL Server by performing tasks like creating database, scheduling backups and monitoring database backups, creating & manipulating security logins etc.,
· Implemented CVIEWSERVER (Crystal Reports Scheduler & Delivery Server) along with Crystal Reports 2008.Scheduled reports on daily, weekly, Monthly basis.
· Managed, maintained and created the Management Information & Business Intelligence Reports using the Crystal Reports 2008.
· Part of Company’s Business Team which meets weekly & reviews the business. Also was responsible for managing the KPI’s of IT department.
· Integrate GP with POS & iBonus (Loyalty) Program. Applied Changes to existing integration of GP with Aloha.
· Implemented Loyalty Program for their concept Java Café using iBonus terminals & Mayfare Contactless cards. It was integrated with Dynamics GP Financial Module.
· Managed the AlWalan Inventory Software for 3 Pharmacies.
· Administered the easyCMDB incident management software in Head office.
