DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Schedule the project in logical steps and budgeted time required to meet deadlines.

Project Description:This new project will include expansion of the gas plant in order to increase the production of natural gas from the Bibiyana Gas Field, North-Eastern Bangladesh, additional development of gas wells, and an enhancement of gas recovery unit. The estimated cost of the project is approximately US $ 500 million and it is expected that this project will boost up the total gas production of Chevron Ltd. by more than 300 million cft per day. First production is expected in 2014. Construction of civil works includepile and pile cap construction for machine foundations, building, flexible and rigid pavement, sub-station etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Ensures construction work of assigned project is implemented within budgeted time, cost, and quality standards on assigned site.
2. Optimizes manpower, equipment, and materials allocation, and ensures no materials are wasted on assigned site.
3. Assigns responsibilities to on-site staff .
4. Ensures staff and non-staff employee safety in coordination with Safety Officer.
5. Supervises staff and non-staff attendance and productivity.
6. Interfaces with sub-contractors to ensure compliance of project implementation with construction schedule.
7. Assists with preparation of construction schedule, manpower histogram, submittal log, and drawing log, and any changes thereof.
8. Assists with preparation of two-week look-ahead schedules for project implementation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Overall responsibilities of project management including planning and programming for the completion of the project within desired time frame,
