Implementing the IMS and complying of all procurement team activities as per company policies. Internal meetings for cost control and KPI’s measurement.

Worked for introducing and implementing new software Oracle-7.1 ERP system for development of centralization & restructuring the procurement department for the company, connecting all the projects procurement offices, warehouses and central warehouse (also linked with finance department) in Saudi Arabia with the Administrative office in Al-Jubail. Arrange training for all existing staff and also new staff, in preparing item codes for each and every item. Develop Material request formats and procedures and guide the new staff for the same. Now from last one and half years the whole procurement department is centralized including the upcoming on-hand projects can be updated.
Earlier the company was working with Quick book enterprises & GP and was facing a lot of problems to link all departments and branches.
Managing all Mechanical Department works of the company like HVAC, Piping and plumbing, Water, Sewer, Fire protection, Irrigation, Storm Drainage etc. Having good Experience with Construction and building drawings, Isometrics, . Shop drawings and Material submittals, Mechanical and Building codes and construction methodology (i.e. ASME, NFPA, etc.).
