o Primarily responsible for generating revenue in International market for bandwidth Solutions & services. i.e. by using VSAT Services, generation revenue in Kuwait market for Redline wireless equipment. o Act as lead contact for assigned customers. Establish frequent interaction with the respective customer base via ongoing customer visits, written and verbal communication. o Identify and qualify new customers and new opportunities on an ongoing basis. o Develop and implement sales-driven actions, including a Sales and Revenue Plan, to meet or exceed the sales targets including current and future revenue goals. o Provide clear, timely and comprehensive sales proposals and service and product updates to existing and potential customers. Maintain ongoing knowledge of SingTel services and new product offerings. o Provide detailed tracking and status information for each sales opportunity through in-house reporting tools. o Identify and coordinate any technical assistance with appropriate internal departments to facilitate services and maintain ongoing revenues. o On special assignment I have been enrolled & played important part of MEW Smart metering and billing tenders.
o Primarily responsible for generating revenue in Kuwait SME market for bandwidth solutions & services. i.e.
ADSL, Leased Line, Video Conferencing, IPLC, Data networks integration.
o Meeting customer expectations by working closely with the technical team in putting up the technical solution.
o Develop forecast & strategies for market segmentation, gained with strong analytical & problem solving
abilities.
o Direct business development activities & programs for specific targeted accounts
o Budget, pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, & client presentations
o Ability to organically generate leads through networking, prospecting & cold calling
o With many years of experience & familiarity with service offerings (ISP & ITES), technologies, strategies, etc;
have developed the passion to position & sell within E-business consulting market.
o My techno-commercial profile allows for smooth networking with team of diverse cultures & technical
