- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies,
processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities

carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively

- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
- Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements
- Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets
- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital
- Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required
- Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware.

In my present role, I am responsible for developing & implementing strategic initiatives to retain and enhance market share & revenue. I am creating strategies to access unexplored markets and generate new project inquiries in association with consultants and contractors of Viessmann refrigeration division while tracking market dynamics and inputs to realign strategies to counter competition.
The role of my job profile term
A. Understand business needs, its strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will allow business to meet those strategic goals
B. Establish corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of goals
C. Utilize the information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads as well as prepare pre-planned
strategies for accomplishment of performance milestones
D. Develop new business and revenue streams and customer-value maximization along with the execution of preemptive business response to anticipated competitor strategy
E. Plan and oversee the entire sales and distribution, development activities of the business starting from lead generation, negotiation and
closing the order along with timely payment collection.
Furthermore, I motivating, monitoring team/ staff activities & taking feedback of executives about the product & upcoming trends in the markets for planning; Guiding and supporting front-line team through goal setting & reviewing measures
Key Responsibilities:
• Instrumentally worked and identified potential business opportunities from various sectors and prospective clients to develop.
• Dexterously designed and defined cost effective short / long term budgets and corporate strategies for effective market.
• Coordinated entire project activities, and provide technical inputs. Carry out survey and investigation of project as per contact specifications. Liaised and responded to customer request, resulting in increase customer satisfaction.
• Provided effective management to ensure projects met time and budget requirements, and were built in accordance with contract documents.
• Communicated project progress and status to management and customers. Provided leadership to engineering teams for training them and integrated their efforts to maximize operational productivity.
1. Identify required work, plan the resources required for it to be accomplished, and schedule it to be accomplished under controlled conditions when it will be operated parallel to the time frame of our steakholder (sales department) and have the least time effect on maintenance / servicing operations.
2. Mange breakdowns by running repair log which used to keep track of breakdown work that must be accomplished immediately, without a work order. The log is then used to enter details of the work performed into the equipment history file of the data base management system. The history file is described later in more detail.
3. Developing preventive maintenance by identifying those components that wear, and require maintenance after a known number of operating hours, or tonnage throughput.
4 .Build summary data from the more detailed information for weekly management reports.
5. Refurbish and upgrade (as needed) ex market fridges as required (minimum 5, 000/Yr) rescheduled the existing projects.
6. Ensure existing units are maintained mechanically and cosmetically. All to be a credit to the Brand (15, 000/Yr).
7. Using HHT and SAP systems to generate fridge work orders and tracked, attend the job request by 24Hrs & complete with in 48Hrs.
8. All market work orders to be dealt with in 48 hours upon receiving the manual report/HHT data.
9. With TS and manufacturers continue to develop more effective and efficient fridge designs.
10. Upgrade cold store equipment as needed, specify appropriate equipment to CP for new depots.
11. Ensure all branding on fridges & stands remains current (15, 000/Yr).
