Work Profile:
•To monitor and ensure compliance of GMP & housekeeping.
•To monitor and ensure effective follow up of process parameter during preparation, processing, storage and packing (On line process control).
•To verify and ensure compliance of proper storage condition for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
•To ensure follow up of correct monitoring and test procedures.
•To check & verify physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory analysis test for raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet agreed statuary specification / requirements and standards.
•To ensure taking correction / corrective action for any deviation observed during monitoring and testing.
•Immediate follow up with superiors for any non-compliance, abnormality observed during monitoring and testing.
•To monitor and ensure compliance of the hygiene and cleanliness of factory by proper follow up of master sanitation program.
•Responsible to ensure hygiene and sanitation practices followed by all personnel / machinery / equipment / instruments (compliance of GMP).
•Responsible to monitor pest control and ensure its effective compliance.
•Responsible to ensure supplier of raw materials, packaging supplies comply with agreed specification and food safety requirement.
•Responsible to check, verify and ensure meeting all agreed specification of raw materials and finished product before release / dispatch.
•Responsible to prepare all QC reports & submit progress of QC daily activities to Immediate Superior.
•To Provide & Ensure recommendation/suggestion for correction and corrective action for any deviation.
•Assist QC/QA Manager to prepare procedures and check-lists related to food safety and quality system requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 22000).
•Responsible to maintain all QC records related with food safety and quality system requirement.
•Responsible to monitor, verify and validate the critical control points related to work area (HACCP).
•To assist QC/QA Manager in Revision of legal requirements & updates about legal ministries.
•Responsible for internal training of employees on personal hygiene, GMP & other legal government requirements.
•To ensure maintenance & calibration of instruments.
•Microbiological & Chemical Analysis of RM & FG
•Extensive Knowledge in Analysis of COD, SO2, Chloride, Boric Acid, Free Acid, Neutralization, Diluting Concentrated Samples for Analysis.
