Preparing the Reports & Presentation for each Cadillac Sales meeting.
Review monthly orders and monitor inventory levels in order to ensure a flawless distribution process.
Review in a regular bases the projections of the stock status.
Preparing the daily Cadillac Sales administration tools & follow-up.
Support Operations in a delivery and dispatch process by assisting with order placement, tracking orders, and by expediting the shipment of products to stores.
- Responsible for all kingdoms’ spare parts “Rolling Forecasts”.
- Responsible for daily operations of a procurement division, function or branch
- Supervising personnel and reviewing requirements when soliciting goods and services from GM.
- Conducting meetings based on special proposals to ensure regional targets.
- Responsible for the Spare Parts monthly statistics & reports with MS Excel.
