• Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and regulatory/legal requirements.
• Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
• Oversee inspection of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
• Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians.
• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
• Conduct periodic management review meetings.
• Oversee product recalls.
• Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
• Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
• Applying Continuous Improvement process using LEAN approaches”.
• Applying requirement of ISO 17025: 2005 - General requirements of laboratories excellence.
• Identifying, applying and maintaining requirements of the technical standards related to customers & their governmental requirements.
• Be responsible of checking the reliability & dependability of all testing facilities & equipment.
• Develop the laboratory by keeping update in Standards, method and equipment.
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
• Issue the inspection of final products related documents (working and inspection instruction).
• Assist in local internal auditors Committee to ensure effectiveness of both of applied IMS and local internal audit program.
1 Organize initial specifications for electrical system
2 Formulate plan to study and design the electrical systems and build them
3 Perform initial calculations to ensure electrical systems performance and it’s workability
4 Design the electrical systems using CAD programs
5 Apply reverse engineering methods to study the electrical systems and conduct the necessary modification
6 Execute laboratory testing for electrical systems
7 Cooperate with all sections in building the electrical systems
8 Operate the specialized equipment to perform the actual test for electrical systems
