• Monitoring and Troubleshooting of their existing network setups including:
i) MPLS, P-to-P, T1, Metro Ethernet and DSL WAN Links on Cisco 2600, 2800, 3600, 3800 & 7200 Series Routers.
ii) 3 Tier Network architecture including Cisco 6500 & 4500 Series switches on Core, 3500 & 3700 Series Switches on Distribution and 2960 switches on Access Layer.
iii) IPSec VPN connection between Corporate office and Remote locations using Cisco ASA 5505.
iv) DMVPN connection between Corporate office and small offices using Cisco 2811 Router at central office and Cisco 871 ISR at remote site.
v) Cisco WCS, 4400 Series WLC and 1100 & 1200 Series AP to provide wireless connection.
vi) Running Network Protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, IPSec, GRE Tunnel, VLAN, STP, etc.

• Configuring, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Backbone Switch (Cisco Catalyst 3550) running Dual ISP link. This switch had following features running:
i) BGP for advertising their IP Address blocks.
ii) Policy Based Routing for load sharing between two ISPs.
iii) Access List for restricting unwanted traffic and unauthorized access.
• Configuring, Monitoring and Troubleshooting Distribution Switches (Cisco Catalyst 3550 & 3750). Following task had to perform:
i) Configure Default Routing for traffic towards Internet. Static Routing for different subnets to reach different servers and distribution switches.
ii) Configure QoS to put Bandwidth limit on leased line customers.
iii) Configure IP interfaces to provide connection to Leased Line Customers.
iv) Implement ACL for unauthorized access to internal network.
• Configuring, Monitoring and Troubleshooting Gateway Routers (Allied Telesyn AT9924 L3 Switch) were used as Gateway for domestic customers. Following task had to perform:
i) Implementing VLANs for dividing the network into groups.
ii) 802.1q Trunk links to allow multiple VLANs traffic.
iii) Implementing SVI for each IP subnets.
iv) Implemented LACP for utilizing redundant links between NOC and Hub.
v) Implemented Filter to restrict unauthorized access.
• Configure SNMP for network management. MRTG server for monitoring Traffic flow.
• Backup and restore of the device configuration and IOS up-gradation.
• Consulting with Upstream Providers in case of any problem in the internet links.
• Keeping all network related documentation (Network Diagrams, Configurations, etc).
