RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Project Management Team involved with full-time supervision, with responsibilities:
- To check the quality of the construction works executed by the Contractor. Including mechanical, electrical and piping works
- Co-ordination with vendors and suppliers for Installation of package units and process equipment
- Provide guidance and assistance to design team for the partial redesign, that arise from Client changes
- Ensure conformity of the executed works with the approved designs
- Verify progress of the works in compliance with the Time Schedule
- To ensure that applicable safety and loss prevention codes
- Ensure project documentation is maintained in a manner that it is accurate, legible and easily retrievable
- Conduct Weekly Meetings, Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress reports to track project progress
- Coordination with authorities like Royal Commission, Yanbu Project Management office to update project progress,
- Compliance with local regulations and standards, follow-up on special approvals from RC
- Review Shop Drawings and Material Submittals related to Mechanical activities on site, including Chilled Water, Potable Water, Compressed Air - Piping, Fire Fighting Network, HVAC Layout, etc
- Cost Control, review and approval of Interim Payments and Variations to Contracts
- Prepare and follow-up on close out activities of the project, including snag list, O&M and as-built drawings.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
QOHSE Country Coordinator
As a QOHSE coordinator of Tebodin in Saudi Arabia, involved in various projects,
- Take initiatives to increase OHSE awareness
- Regular QOHSE performance measurement and monitoring
- To prepare and evaluate Risk assessments
- To Identify and Evaluate Training needs as it arises
- To Communicate OSHE trends and lessons learned
- To report incidents, SAFE trends, and annual reviews.
- Follow-up on actions for Bilfinger Corporate Audit
