Overseeing & coordinating the day to day running projects by assisting project manager.
Genrate sales orders and follwingup to assure work will finalise within order period.
Effective communication between sales, production and procurement to matchup all the things.
Design the new product as per customer requirements. Prepared BOM.BOQ for raw mmaterial and estimate purpose.
Visiting the site and prepared a drawing accordingly.
Cordinate with sales, customer, and solve the issue
Cordinate with procurement for purchasing the raw material and production department.
Take the decisions in short period. Multiple task in short term.
• Itemizing all components and materials for all jobs in production.
• Provide technical advice and assistance to the production team.
• Working on general arrangement drawings & detailed drawing for fabrication.
• Undertaking of physical testing of prototypes & samples.
• Make the status in daily basis of site work in Plant erection time.
• Fire fighting piping layout.
• Preparing BOM & Calculation of raw material.
• Design layout for piping and mechanical parts (BOM & Project progress reports).
• Visiting the site before the installation of product.
• Coordinate with sub contractor for achieving the goal.
• Storage, tracking, retrieval and transmittal of project documentation.
• Preparing Air Pollution equipment drawing in demanding time firm
• An experienced CAD Technician able to produce detailed drawings and material schedules which are clear, accurate and cost effective. Possessing a proven ability to produce work that minimizes scrap and re-work and also meets the requirements of the specification and which can be constructed and commissioned safely and effectively.
• Good at reading and writing specifications.
• A comprehensive knowledge of Engineering Design principles.
• Capable of working within demanding time frames.
• Ability to deal with people diplomatically.
• Good Communication skill and leadership qualities.
• Can be molded to fit into any position.
• Solving the issue without interrupting an ongoing work.
