• To sell the maximum number of Audi new vehicles via the use of an effective sales process, whilst at the same time achieve the best profit for the company.
• Complete required reporting including but not limited to effective usage of E-Good Manners showroom management system
• Using various sources, prospect for new car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities.
• Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls. Introduce customers to After sales staff in order that they are aware of the facilities and procedures.
• Through the effective use of a follow up process, maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
• Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
• Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.
• To participate in on and off site promotions run by the department.
• Insure a high quality of DATA entry of the Audi prospects into the e-Good Manners, and to maintain the proper follow-up according to the set standards.
• Insure to implement sales process taking into account customer focused approach to maximize customer delight and CSS score
Manage corporate accounts -Extra Jeddah, E-Max Jeddah, al-Musbah, Callem, Axiom Telecom-.
Follow up product visibility.
Manage outlet stock availability.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Guide accounts through achieving monthly targets.
Follow up and solve account complaints.
Participate in launching new Nokia products at account outlets.
Manage the account training process of Nokia products.
Monitor customer satisfaction at account outlets.
Implement marketing surveys.
Monitor the sales activities at Jeddah showroom.
Guide and lead the salesmen to achieve monthly targets.
Deliver new model training to the sales teams.
Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports to the management.
Monitor the sales activities at three branches.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Solve customer complaints as a second layer.
Prepare the daily product order.
Deliver training of new mobiles products to the team members.
Prepare daily reports to the management.
Monitor the showroom cleanness
Train the sales team on different products (faxes, phones, switchboards…)
