Job duties:
1 -Develop and implement a safety plan in the workplace.
2 -Providing employees with a culture of occupational safety and health.
3- Performing a risk assessment.
4 -Obligating employees to health and safety laws and standards.
5 -The policy of working in a safe environment.
6- Providing courses for employees to handle with Emergency cases.
7- Inspect equipment to avoid dangerous accidents and worker safety.
8 -Investigate accidents to avoid recurrence.
9 -Daily and weekly reports.
10- Checking the effectiveness of the extinguishing system and checking the extinguishers.
11- Preparing rapid response plans in cases of crises, emergencies and disasters.
12- Preparing records of work injuries and serious accidents.
13- Periodic inspection and make sure of wearing PPE.
14- Training new employees on the basics of safety.
• Manage and evaluate employee’s performance with continuous feedback on their assigned targets and provide development opportunities to maximize potential and engagement of employees.
• Enhance building safety and security awareness.
• Safety / Security’ Policies and Procedures Management.
• Develop, plan, organize and direct initiatives related to safety and security operations in all offices.
• Ensure due coverage of all critical aspects and requirements set by MOI and prudential coverage against all potential security risks.
• Manage risk assessment program by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, risks, vulnerabilities and threats to building safety and security to develop appropriate strategy.
• Manage the investigation, audits and correction of all security compliance issues.
• Analyze, recommend and oversee the emergency preparedness and recovery plans, operations and procedures
• Responsible to coordinate emergency response activities, including emergencies, involving medical situations, hazardous materials, and natural disasters internally and externally.
• Conduct disaster preparedness activities and implement disaster plan.
• Perform Security/Safety Technology and Systems.
• Monitor implementation and ensure placement of new safety system and its connectivity to the Security Control Room, proper operation and coverage of the designated areas through regular inspection visits and testing.
• Oversee the activities of Safety Systems Administration and ensure that they are in line with Civil Defense and regulators’ minimum requirements.
• Plan & schedule the security guards timing across BA facilities.
• Develop a master plan for maintenance activities for all the safety & security systems of BA kingdom wide.
Finally,
Follow up the company through commitment to work, and employee safety, and risk management, an addition to reduce losses.
