Responsibility:
• Working on Reliance 4G-project network Implementation, Deployment & maintenance of IP/MPLS network & basic knowledge of LTE, FTTX & Wi-Fi base architecture.
• Root cause analysis of network failures in terms of protocol & hardware in Core network comprising of Cisco & Juniper.
•Following ITIL change management process conducting planned outages (Comprising IOS upgradation, Hardware replacement, Service migration etc.)
•Coordinating with vendor’s juniper & Cisco for critical faults and following up pending cases.
• Configuration of devices for new services, Diagnosis & resolution of Customer issues.
• Keen monitoring of the NMS tools like HP NNMi & Temip portal to report & to take care of Real-time Network Alarms/Faults
•Coordinating with BU/DE for recurring issue, to find out root cause, getting open CDET for any new issue seen on device
Responsible for Operation and maintenance of RCOM Enterprise Network.
•Managing team members for operation of Enterprise Customer services mainly L2VLL, L3VPN and High Speed Internet.

•Configuring and troubleshooting issues of/with Core Devices like Cisco 3400, 7600 Series Routers, ASR 1006, ASR 9006, Fortigate Firewall 3016B, 311B & 110C. FortiAnalyzer 2000A, Inventum MSC 3000 & ZoneDirectors.
•New Services implementation of networking services based on engineering inputs.
•CMR Execution based on Network engineering, operational requirements.
•Bandwidth Management if any link of the multiple links in that location is choking.
•Network Audit and Strategizing for optimizations.
•Maintaining and troubleshooting of Broadband & Enterprise Customer through Wi-Fi & Radio.
•Firewall configuration, troubleshooting & providing access as per requirement.
•Configuration and troubleshooting on Broadband Router Inventum MSC-3000.
•Responsibilities included trouble shooting of BGP & OSPF routing problems in Backbone & HUB locations.
