1- Responsible for workshop fabrication process (Preparation, Fabrication, Welding).
2- Responsible for receive design from technical office and review it and follow up stages of fabrication process.
3- Responsible for make programming for C.N.C machine flam cutting & plasma.
4- Responsible for make Production time schedule, monthly reports.
5- Follow up all material delivered at site (Spare parts, Local equipment, Imported equipment).
6- Follow up for the Production & Mechanical Maintenance.
7-Experience on overhauling & repairing and maintain (for Crusher, Scrap Bucket, Process Water Lines, etc.).
1- Responsible for gypsum crusher (Hammer crusher 200 TPH) up to gypsum storage yard including (belt conveyors, bag filters, magnetic separators, stacker, etc.).
2- Responsible for operation & maintenance works for rotary kiln (rotary kiln 21 TPH & 2 rotary kiln 11 TPH).
3- Design and make all necessary modifications work at site to achieve the target.
4- Make maintenance time schedule, monthly reports, local purchase request, foreign.
5- Follow up all material delivered at site (spare parts, local equipment, imported equipment).
6- Follow up for the Production, Quality & Mechanical Maintenance.
7- Manufacturer some part in Gypsum Powder Production.
8- Responsible for workshop machining and fabrication.
9- Experience on overhauling & repairing and maintain (for crusher, rotary kiln, vertical mill, etc.).
Plate work, Steel structures, Belt conveyor, Pressure vessels, Lime kiln, Cooling gas scrubber, Top gas scrubber, Bunker, Tanks and all types of Silos in Steel plant.
