Milaha is a conglomerate engaged in a diverse range of activities. Milaha operates through 11 businesses segments: Dubai Operations, Commercial Activities, Shipping Agencies, Port Services, Marine Transport, Navigation Freight Services (NFS), Ship Repair and Fabrication, Real Estate, Qatar Shipping, Haul Offshore, and Qatar Quarries and Building Materials. We had done the full implementation of all Finance, HR, Payroll and SCM Modules of Oracle E-business suite.
My Role is of SCM Track Lead and had performed the following:-

• Study of Client business and requirement gathering.
• Suggesting Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to follow the best standard practice.
• Setup and configuration of all modules in Oracle Supply Chain.
• Setup of Users Responsibilities and Application Menus
• Analysis and collecting requirements.
• Defining new business processes and designing Data flow Diagrams.
• Organizing test sessions with key users including to evaluate changes, enhancements and modifications.
