•DUTIES INCLUDE:
•Keeping Proper Records for all the transaction.
• Preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger and subsidiary accounts
• Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet
• Preparing bank reconciliation for bank accounts.
• Prepares monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.
• Issuing the invoices and following up the customers’ accounts.
• Settlement of company receivables.
• Analyzing purchasing documents for proper account classifications.
•Preparing Cash flow forecast
•Preparing and following-up L/C. L/G.
•Preparing of payroll.
•Issuing all cheque /drafts/transfers for suppliers etc.
•Issuing the invoices and following up the customers' accounts.
•Cost Accounting.
•Supporting Chief Accountant
