Duties:
1. PROGRAM EXECUTION
A. Manage and visit to Hospitals across Iraq for approval and implementation of the Hospital Programs in Iraq.
B. Check materials supply & stock in each hospital on a monthly basis.
C. Insert all the appropriate info in the web application (hospital data, agreements, contacts, shipment details, gifts offered to nurses, hospitals, etc.).
D. Monthly plan for warehouse, data entry, call center \[if applicable\].
E. Manage Warehouse, warehouse productivity, procurement of materials and office organization and staffing as and when needed.
F. Weekly plan for driver / transporter - Optimize logistics, delivery roots.
G. Day to day problems solving in hospitals
H. Follow up with hospitals / health educators on receipt of items and items re-order.
I. Check the data collection (POD cards) procedure per health educator
J. Align with Health Educators a monthly basis for the results of the coverage and the status of our collaboration per hospital (issues/feedback from hospitals).
K. Align with Health Educators on a monthly basis for the results of the program (coverage, samples distributed, results for the team per each health educator, etc.).
L. Report on any competitive activity taking place.
M. Ensure monthly supply / coverage targets are met / achieved.
2. EMPLOYEE PLANS
A. Daily / Monthly Plan for all Health Educators
B. Perform quality control for nurses / health educators and program execution
C. Check the reports from all health educators
D. Set targets per health educator, per hospital
E. Check monthly fuel expenses forms for all health educators
F. Follow-up & Analyze Productivity Reports
G. Vacation plans

A. Prepare monthly reports (with HE’s input)
B. Report to clients for stock (with HE’s input)
C. Plan materials supply
D. Work on proposals / presentations for new customers
