Neom NRC-11 Project, following all MEP and infrastructure work (AHUs, Ducting, Fire systems, water supply, Drainage, Medium voltage, Low Voltage, BMS, Lighting, Generators, solar power) handling manpower around 400 Technicians, Labors and Forman’s with around 15 staff, Engineers, QCs, Administration and logistic, around 5 subcontractors.
MEP Project Manager, I am driving the project with more than 300 manpower and staff, following all projects activities such as the construction progress, technical issues, tracking supply chain and following invoicing/IPAs submission with commercial team.

In the last 3 years I Have been working MEP Construction Manager and MEP Project Manager as well in this time period I have driving the project with more than 450 manpower and staff, following all projects activities such as the construction progress, productivity for the teams and reports coming from the site teams also following the technical issues and required approvals to be solved which can allow the QC team finish there work and finalize the inspections, tracking all site activities to be sure all on the track and moving smoothly, tracking the material ordering from the take of materials to POs and delivers and then reflect all this activities and stie progress on the invoicing and the IPAs in each month with commercial team.
Which may it’s my strength that focusing on commercial issues and the IPAs submissions to maximize invoicing for the work has been done at site by follow and track each and every point related to commercial issues from the BOQ QTYS, Contract Teams and conditions and then VOs submission and changes on the contract and any contract amendment required
Also, one of my strengths that keep the good relationship with the client/consultant and all parties in the project which reflect on the project progress and moving smoothly.
