My master's thesis focused on a field study on the reality of information technology infrastructure in the banking sector. The research included a sample of three commercial banks from both the public and private sectors. The results of the study confirmed the hypothesis that there are deficiencies in the reality of information technology infrastructure in the Libyan banking sector. One of the objectives of the study was to develop a strategy for the development of information technology infrastructure in the banking sector in Libya.
