Managing various project related activities involving planning, execution and management in tune with the core business objectives (including risk management and billing / effort / time / cost estimation); extending post-implementation support to project team by defining SLA norms
Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, decomposing higher information into details, investigating key business requirements and providing technical direction for the development, design & systems integration for client engagement (from definition phase through implementation)
Accomplishments:
Migrating the entire infrastructure to other location within the defined SLA
Migrating Excel workbooks to Microsoft Navision ERP Application and implementing paperless leave administration for HR department
Developing application using Vb and Microsoft Access for HR management
Establishing Biometric Attendance System and linked to the HR management application
