OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER

Arab Company For Shared Services (ACSS) A Fully Owned Company By Arab Bank Group Dubai, U.A.E
(All activities related to Central Account Administration) for UAE, Qatar, Yemen and Bahrain.

• Ensure a high level of processing efficiency and accuracy in posting of loan accounts into the system, while adhering to strict time deadlines in all process.
• Acceptance to new ideas and procedures by remaining flexible and a good team player.
• Handles assigned workload with accuracy and responsibilities to meet SLA.
• Ensure that the accuracy of processing is maintained to the highest standards.
• Adherence to the organization’s Code of Conduct.
• Educate processors on Procedures/Processes by ongoing communication with all Officers.
• Ensure Archival/Retrieval procedure for all documents is followed.
• Checking & reviewing of files for the Validity and authenticity of the documents.
• Authorizing of Acct opening and other related self-services
• Authorizing of system posting/system disbursal and checking the required reports for data integrity.
• Safe keeping and lodging of security documents/Acct opening related files.
• Co-ordination with sales dept./Branches/countries for document related queries.
• Ensure your one down is properly monitored for productivity and enough load balancing of the work is done.
• Co-ordinate with the country coordinator so that adequate relationship is maintained to correct any discrepancies/documents deficiencies in the account opening files
• Ensure that all suspicious transactions / duplications are escalated to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure that all countries MIS/Rejects are monitored for proper authenticity and delivery.
• Pro-actively analyze the forth coming volumes and plan capacity planning accordingly.
• Co-ordinate with IT for the resolution of any system issues in order to support the team.
• Co-ordinate and attend any UAT for system enhancement
• Ensure all Account Opening Activities and (Amendments) like Opening Account, ATM, Internet Banking, Phone Banking Services, Chq Book Issuance and Signature Capture is done accurately as per the instruction received from the customer.
