• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a practical quality plan to retain e2E’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with ISO90001:2015 and any future developments.
• To ensure compliance with national and international QA standards and legislation and to liaise with external assessment/standards bodies associated with external accreditation processes including the implementation of any corrective actions
• To formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA
• Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
• Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined methods of working for staff to apply/follow
• Setting up and maintaining controls, documentation library and documentation procedures
• To monitor QA performance by gathering of relevant data, including Risk Management and producing appropriate reports with recommendations for improvement where required
• To deliver Quality related training to staff, including induction training, and to maintain and develop strong working relationships with other departments
• To participate at project level in technical project reviews to ensure assurance aspects are built into the design

• Updating QMS to upgrade current QMS to AS9100 and ISO44001.
• Perform SQA duties at suppliers on electrical and electronic commodities.

• Add new suppliers to ASL
• Developing KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
• Complex problem solving using 8D, ishikawa, 5 whys process
• Supplier development and consultation, to ensure fit for purpose vendors are used globally and the supplier capabilities match the business needs and direction
• Liaise with Design and Quality departments on issues
• Validation of surgical robots to customer and company’s requirements
• Verification of surgical robots and supporting equipment to ensure fit for purpose
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to arrange systems testing ensuring that the products meet reliability requirements before release
• Driving and communicating investigations and associated problems from a system perspective and be able to drill down analysis to software, electronics and/ or mechanical issues
• Providing quality engineering support and work with all functions to solve any systems-related issues
• Updating stakeholders in a timely fashion regarding the status of systems-related issues
• Participating in product quality planning and control process based on customer specifications and requirements
