November 2008 to till date working at Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) - as Accounts & Finance Controller:
The responsibilities incurred:
• Establishment of Accounting Policies and Procedures for FANR in co-ordination with KPMG (Financial Advisory)
• Acting as a Finance Manager till December 31 2010 since the date of joining and reporting directly to Deputy Director General of Administration Division.
• Preparation and submission of FANR's Annual Budget (Activities, Books & Periodicals, Equipment, etc.)
• Co-ordination and Finalization of Manpower Budget with HR Department.
• Submission of Actual costs reports and monitoring of funds utilization.
• Formation of resources for Finance section with relevant and required sub-ordinates and other resources (System, Manpower, etc.)
• Involved in Tender Committee to support the FANR's procurement and bidding process.
• Liaison with EAA (Executive Affairs Authority) regarding payments and account reconciliation (FANR was funded by EAA until formation)
• Providing assistance and guidance to other FANR departments such as HR, General Services for the implementation of their policies & procedures.
• Verification of all the financial documents prior approval by Deputy Director General.
• Verification of contract documents in order to have a unified financial terms & conditions in FANR.
• Providing guidance in ERP-Financial implementation process.
• Verification of Monthly Payroll and the initiation of pay-slips system in FANR.

Assist and verify in preparing the contract & Service Order Amendments / Extensions - Processing of Invoices according to signed contracts and Service Orders & Call-off Orders - Identify and quantify Back-charges of third parties - Processing of Authorization for Expenditures (AFE) from ADMA-OPCO for Drilling Activities, preparation of AFE's for Moveable Assets and Un-budgeted / Transfer items - Checking of Adma Cash-calls against budget and Bar-chart - Processing of Training & Mission Orders - Preparation of Letters of Intent and Letters for unsuccessful bidders.

• Verification of all financial matters including preparation of budget for Site operations, Employees Training and Mission, Books & Periodicals, Direct Hire & Contracted Personnel, Projects and Movable Assets.
• Verification & Processing of financial transactions through MAXIMO (for creation of stock / service requests) as part of procurement system.
• Preparation of monthly site cost report and monitoring the status of budget.
• Verification of Commitments for Material & Service requirements.
