d. 6 to 8 lanes wide elevated motorway (highway)
e. Depressed road with two roundabout bridges. f. 9 roundabouts, 3 interchanges and
g. 8 pedestrian overpasses the Project also include:
Relocation of water lines, Preservation works and relocation of gas lines, Relocation of Telephone services, Rainwater drainage system, Relocation of sewage system, Relocation of Low Voltage (LV) & High Voltage (HV) cables, Irrigation and landscape works.

70, 000m2 plot of land at the junction of the 6th Ring Road and the Airport Road.
The project consists of a 6, 000 seat covered Centre court stadium with a large commercial complex and 120 beds, 9 storey hotel complete with all the usual commercial areas and services. two pavilion buildings serving 9 covered indoor tennis courts complete with player’s facilities and a mezzanine level jogging track. The other pavilion is made up of a two storey health club and squash complex, a partially covered 2500 seat capacity, tennis court as well as a variety of player, coach, referee and media rooms with extensive basement parking provided under the two pavilions and adjacent to the main Centre court.
