Designation: Sr. CAD & BIM OPERATOR @ Riyadh Region Projects: Riyadh Gardens Phase 1, Various High Rise Building & Malls, Storm Water Networks RO Plants, Wadi Watani Park, Pump Stations, Mosques & all Municipality projects as company involve.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing CAD drawings for MEP, Hydrology, and Hardscape & Landscape Projects as below:
• Being qualified professionally experienced draftsman well versed in all type of drawings
• Developed base drawing on project design requirements by CAD & REVIT
• Preparing & checking all kind of CAD drawings mainly for MEP Shop Drawings & Details
• Preparing drawing FIT OUT for Hydrology Storm Network Layout, sections & details
• Assigning work to Jr. draftsman following & checking with final stage
• Preparing electrical drawing layouts & details: Medium & Low Voltage, low current power, lighting & lightning protections system layout, Cable Tray, Power, Data, and Fire Alarm etc.
• Preparing the BOQ for mechanical drawings
• Coordinating all the Drawing as needed & preparing the coordination Drawings
• To Prepare As Built Drawing as require
Being qualified professionally experienced draftsman well versed in all type of drawings
Preparing all kind of CAD drawings mainly for MEP Shop Drawings & Details
Developed Cad drafts based on project design requirements.
Preparing Storm Network Layout, Piping Layout, Pumping Station Layout & details
Site Equipment Layouts drawing plan, elevation & sections & details
Preparing the BOQ for mechanical drawings
Preparing electrical drawing layouts & details: Medium & Low Voltage, low current power, lighting & lightning protections system layout, Cable Tray, Power, Data, Fire Alarm etc.,
Coordinating all the Drawing as needed & preparing the coordination Drawings
Doing modification for any drawing as assigned.
To prepare As-built Drawing as required.
As company dealt with various projects, I got assigned with various types of drafting works
Duties and Responsibilities
To prepare Electro-Mechanical shop drawings Electrical Layout,
HVAC Duct Layout, Drainage, & Water services Piping Layout,
Plumbing Layout, Fire Fighting etc. In addition to the above
also responsible to prepare Builders work for different different projects.
I was responsible for preparation of mainly the Mechanical drawings,
In a addition to the above I have also prepare all types of Construction
and Structural Drawings. As the Company involved in the different types
of Projects and being qualified Draftsman, well versed in all type of
drawings.
To prepare All Mechanical Detail Drawing as per projects.
And Coordinating the Mechanical Drawing with other disciplines and
Preparing the coordinating Drawings also.
The all Above I can do any drawing by Verbal Explanation by engineer.
