Job Responsibilities / Deliverables.
This Project Consists of Application Administration and Technical activities which includes Daily Health check, upgrades and ongoing maintenance. I am involved in all activities and has well versed experience of Implementation, Installation, Configuration, and upgradation of OpenText Application as below.
OpenText Content Server 10.5x to 16.x
Archive Server 10.5 to Archive Center 16, and 16.x
Remote Cache server 10.5x to 16.x
Capture Center 10.5x to 16.x
OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) from 10.5 to 16.x
Installation and Configuration of CS Modules, patches, like xEcm, Multi Object Importer, Record Management etc.
Installation and Configuration of Brava, Blazon, Enterprise Connect and Enterprise Scan for Archiving in SAP and CS.
Familiar with Disaster Recovery Setup and the process for Switch over and Switch Back.
Participating in planning exercise/ roadmap creation for the new enhancements.
Involved in creating user stories for the new features.
Highly skilled in conducting review meetings.
Closely working with the OT dev, Documentation and other processing teams.
Participated in product demos/ presentations.

Work as part of a proactive team of support staff responsible for delivering a high quality, customer focused professional service. Providing the very highest level of technical support and customer service to users.
Designing and Implementing Infrastructure Solution.
Installation, Configuration and Administrating all Windows and, Database Servers.
Installation, Configuration and Administrating application servers like IBM FileNet Servers
Activ identity Servers for Smart Card Management System.
Installation and Administrating Gateway Servers, Wireless devices, Switches, Routers, Configuring User accounts, Group Policies etc.
Configuration and Administrating Windows AD, DHCP, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP.
Set up accounts and workstations, Troubleshoot issues and outages
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
Installation, configuration and Maintain Anti-Virus Symantec Endpoint Protection, McAfee,
Anti-Spam systems and setting new Anti-Spam policies on all machines company wide.
Monitored System and Network activity to quickly detect any problems related to system security, performance, or system failures in a timely fashion and meet SLA agreements and provide daily technical support and 24, 7 on-call support as well as weekend outage and miscellaneous tasks.
Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures. Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services. Producing reports for senior managers
