• Perform Quality Assurance of collected data from Official Ministries, and Stakeholders in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Perform a comprehensive analysis and an insufficient report to the Ministry for their resolution and to provide necessary updates.
• Ensure all data loaded in 911 systems meets and exceeds Geospatial & Public Safety standards.
• Responsible for carrying out On-premise deployment activity of 2GIS/URBI GIS Solution
• Supervised all GIS subcontractors to ensure their work effort is compliant to Geospatial standards, best practices, and contractual performance validation of any integration between the delivered GIS system and other critical Public Safety systems.
• Develop GIS mapping applications and geoprocessing tools.
• Gather client requirements, prepare design, and develop GIS applications.
• Desing code and integrate applications with database management systems.
• Review and understand Client requirements for the relevant work stream.
• Understand the scope of work and ensure that the delivery is satisfying the scope.
• Review and manage updated GIS database & GIS quarterly report from Vendors & Contractors of the NCSO 911 center.
• Responsible for the creation, verification, testing, and maintenance of the OSS 911 emergency response GIS geospatial data, prepares and formats GIS data such as street centrelines, addresses, emergency response zones, jurisdiction boundaries, and PSAP reporting areas using GIS software for the 911 Eastern Region KSA
• Design and establish the configuration and appearance of the GIS mapping for the 911 MOI- National Centers for Security Operations(NCSO) KSA.
• Oversees the 911 database function and quality assurance system to ensure data integrity.
• Maintains databases and ensures that these databases are up-to-date and accurate.
• Prepares GIS layers, applications, and data sets for various departments of NCSO in KSA.
• Analyzes various operations within an agency to determine issues and adapts GIS applications to suit.
• produces maps and blueprints for use by 911 agencies.
• Design and establish disaster recovery procedures to ensure retrieval of all 911 data.
• Design and maintain specific 911, emergency response, and Public Safety department GIS applications and mapping for the MOI KSA Center for various agencies.
• Prepare 911-related management reports and statistical analysis as necessary.
• Design and update the database, applying additional knowledge of Spatial feature representations.
• Analyze the RFP to find out the opportunities and risks.
• Work with the Design Authority for verification of the supplier design.
• Handle daily communications with the suppliers to ensure that all roadblocks and issues are handled in a timely and effective manner.
• Interlock with the Supplier project managers to ensure compliance to the overall project plan and obtain a communication plan and escalation procedures.
• Submit weekly progress against the project plan on timely basis to the PMO for overall consolidation.
• Coordinate inter-dependencies with the other Technical work stream owners.
• Highlight project risks and internal and external issues with the Delivery Excellence team.
• Manage Acceptance Criteria and Test Plans provided by the suppliers.
• Execute Quality Assurance plans in coordination with Quality Assurance Specialists.
• Provides Software support and training services including field training, system integration, and software installation at customer sites for Terrestrial Laser Scanners, GNSS, GIS, HDS, TPS, and related Software.
• Perform Terrestrial Laser Scanner hardware and software training, demonstrations, trials, and other activities in support of the sales effort of the SITML sales team.
• Develops and maintains a strong technical knowledge of the use of Surveying and Engineering instrumentation.
• Understanding customer applications and data flow requirements.
• Providing training to new users and existing clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Develops and deliver technical training aids and formal courses.
• Deliver technical presentations and training courses to prospective clients and business clients.
• Develops and maintain the highest level of competence with Leica Geosystems products.
• Provides technical support for clients and user over the phone, and via e-mail.
• Provide input to Manager on a regular basis with respect to product performance, competitive products, and requirements.
• Design and development of a stand-alone application for road Network Information Systems of Lavasa City using ArcObjects and Map Objects.
• GNSS Data collection and Route Map preparation.
• Developing a Routing Model for Accident Prone Area in City.
