PROJECT:

Duties & Responsibilities:
• LAN/WAN level 1 support (diagnose and troubleshoot layer 1, 2, 3 problems) of TCP/IP based devices.
• Installation & Configuration of Cisco 2500, 2600, 3640 Series Access Routers, 5500, 5505, 5509 and 2924 Switches.
• Network Monitoring and Network Efficiency Analysis.
• Setup, configure and administer the Local Area Network (LAN).
• Allocating and maintaining Private IP Address for different projects.
• Enabling and maintaining VLAN for different projects.
• Troubleshooting VLAN related issues in network.
• Troubleshooting DHCP and DNS related issues.
• Level 1 support of LAN network
• Work with System and Network Engineering to reset and troubleshoot servers, routers and switches.
• Troubleshooting and supporting multiple OS and hardware environments.
• Network Design and implementation using DHCP, DNS, TELNET, FTP, ICMP, RDP, CDP, TFTP & SMTP Protocols.
• Configuration of Cisco 2500 serious routers.
• Remote desktop access through Virtual Network Connection (VNC)
• Assisted with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of network support equipment.
